CrewComs is built to store as little as possible. This page explains exactly what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

Account info — your name and email address, from Google Sign-In. That's the only sign-in method; we never see or store your Google password.
Crew data — which crews you belong to, your display name and job title within each crew, and your role (admin, manager, or user).
Billing info — if a crew upgrades to a paid plan, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only a reference ID to your Stripe customer/subscription record.
A session cookie — keeps you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Affiliate program data — if you use the Affiliates program, who referred you (or who you referred), and the IBAN you provide when requesting a payout.

No analytics or ad tracking
No selling or sharing your data with third parties, other than Google (sign-in) and Stripe (payment) as needed to run the service
No storing message/audio content on this web app (that's handled entirely by the mobile app, under its own retention rules per plan)

Since we store very little, exercising your rights is simple:

Access & export — download your account data as JSON any time from your Profile page.
Deletion — delete your account from the same page (if you own a crew, you'll need to delete or transfer it first — this is a data-safety step, not a barrier).
Rectification — your display name and job title are editable directly from the Users tab of any crew you belong to.
If you're in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
