Terms of Service

The service

CrewComs is a push-to-talk radio app for film and TV crews, plus this web portal for managing crew membership, channels, and billing. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we don't have a separate password to reset. One person shouldn't share their account with others; invite them to the crew instead.

Plans & billing

• Free tier is free, forever, within its member/channel limits.
• Paid tiers are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime — no long-term commitment.
• Only one free-plan crew per account. Additional crews need to be on a paid plan.
• Prices may change; we'll give notice before any change affects an existing subscription.

Crew ownership

The crew admin (owner) is responsible for their crew's members and content. Ownership can be transferred to another member once the crew is back on the free plan (see the Users tab). A crew can be permanently deleted by its owner once no other members remain and there's no active paid subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't use invite codes to spam or add people without their consent, don't harass other users, and don't attempt to abuse or disrupt the service. Crew admins/managers are expected to moderate their own crews (mute, silence, ban) as needed.

Affiliate / bring-a-friend program

Referral rewards (percentages, eligibility, and payout process) are described on the Affiliates page and may change at any time. If CrewComs shuts down entirely, a final settlement is made: all crews with an active paid subscription are refunded for unused time, and any outstanding affiliate balance is paid out — the program then ends along with the service.

Termination

You can delete your account or crew at any time from the web portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
